Lost spoilers a'poppin'! Look away!
So. Lost. I have to say I'm a bit... disappointed? A lot of the revelations in this episode were old news, and after a season of flashforwards the entire thing felt like housekeeping. Finally, everyone is where we knew they'd be!
It was still enjoyable to watch all that adventure(!), but I kinda miss the first season, when each revelation was parceled out slowly over many, many episodes. The fact that we've had plot-relevant flashforwards instead of character-relevant flashbacks really sped up the story this year.
So many revelations! It's Lost for Losties!
With The Wire finished, Lost is my favorite show on television (Pushing Daisies and Heroes are also great), and so it's hard for me to judge it very harshly. There have been some great moments this season, and "The Constant," a.k.a. "Daniel and Desmond's Adventures in Time," may be my favorite Lost episode of all time.
