Last night, at Pracna's with Markie, Jess, Amelia, and a bunch of their friends, I finally nailed down tomorrow as the day for Josie and the Pussycats at my place. According to that gypsy, it's only once I've seen that movie again that I'll be able to drink without mentioning it incessantly.
There will be at least one other person who's enthusiastic about the drinking game and one person who hasn't (!) seen the movie. That's really all I need, but Josie on Matt's big screen is just a huge bonus.
I don't know what it is about this movie, but it hits a comedic sweet spot for me. I can only envy Universe-B Dan, whose version of Josie had more satire and less love story because the other director in the directing team won out.
That's the main difference between Universe-A and Universe-B, if you didn't know: they got a slightly better version of Josie and the Pussycats. You should see the butterfly effect.
