Spiderman 3 was really lame. Often intentionally so. The special effects and the amusing minor characters were the only aspects of the franchise that hadn't been perverted.
I'm back from B-town now, after traveling up there this weekend for Mother's Day. It was too windy to go on the lake and I didn't enjoy the book I brought with (David Foster Wallace's Consider the Lobster), so I spend an obscene amount of time watching television.
I even ventured to watch part of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, a movie I'd wisely avoiding seeing in the past based on the recommendations of people whose opinions I trust. Children of Men was very good though.
