Delicious Lost. The long wait did make it better, and it was fun watching it live, with two fellow Losties (Graham and Markie) and Jess.
I'm normally wary of any possible distractions during this show, but if anything, I talked the most. (Sorry.) We were respectfully silent during dramatic moments, and haterated on deserving characters in the lulls and commercial breaks in between.
All the new info, which seems to come so fast this season, was a bit of a rush. Like many fans, I miss the days when I could just sit down and absorb a month's worth of episodes — references and mysteries and solutions — in one sitting. That's my plan for Heroes, which looks promising: I probably won't see a minute of it until the DVD comes out. Have I told you this? I feel like I've told you this.
But anyways, Lost. Tonight felt like they were setting up a whole new season. And wow, the backstory. My trust for that one character is slowly growing, curse those writers.
I actually missed this show. Satisfying.
